Registration is now open for the Delano Kindred Annual Meeting and Reunion!
All of our meetings and events over the two days of Sept. 12 & 13, 2025, will be held this year in the new and expanded J. Alden & Virginia E. Keyser Center for Living History Museum (105 Alden St, Duxbury, MA 02332, see photo below). We expect to have the annual meeting, the board meetings, and the guest speakers on Zoom (for Kindred members and board members who are unable to attend the meetings in person). In-person registration is $20 per person; there is no charge for Zoom attendance. The total cost per person, if every option is selected, is $100. Here is what you need to know to register.
For Delano Kindred members...
Delano Kindred members PLEASE log on before you click on the "Register" link. Because the system will send you an invoice for your registration, we need to have your current contact information in the registration form; this will be preloaded for you when you log on. If you have difficulty with logging on, it's best to resolve that before filling out the form. Delano Kindred members may select the "Zoom" option for attending the meeting if they can't be there in person.
For our valued and welcome guests...
Not a Delano Kindred member? No worries, you're welcome to join us for all activities. You will not be allowed to vote at our Annual Meeting, should you wish to attend it. Because our website uses a formal billing system, we will collect your contact information and create an account for you that will allow you to pay the invoice and receive email notifications. There is no charge for that and it will not sign you up for any unrelated communications from us.
Payment options...
You will be offered an opportunity to provide credit card payment when you complete your registration, or you can wait for our invoice to be emailed to you and pay later. Our registration acknowledgement email will contain links to pay by credit card and/or display your completed registration form. We use PayPal to process credit card payments; you do NOT have to be a PayPal account holder to use that service. Hint: after you select PayPal as your method of payment, on the following screen you may need to click on the the icon with all the credit card images to transfer to PayPal and complete the transaction.
If you prefer, you may opt to "pay offline" by sending us a check along with a copy of your invoice; mailing instructions will be on the invoice.
Where to stay...
There are 12 rooms reserved for the Delano Kindred Reunion meeting at the Green Harbor Hotel (7 Old Plain St., Marshfield, MA, 02050). You will need to call the hotel directly to reserve a room; their website will tell you they have no availability. You need to tell them you are attending the Delano Kindred Reunion on September 12-14 to secure one of the reserved rooms. Their telephone number is: 781-299-7590. It's a small hotel, only 18 rooms total, so we will be pretty much taking it over. If you would like to know a little bit more about the Green Harbor Hotel, click here to check it out.
